Books To Help With CFS

I endeavour to update this page every month, and let you know about the latest healing books that I’m enjoying, and also about the books that I’m reading for fun (That’s right- fun! I find once in a while that, although I love self-help, spiritual and psychology books, we need to let all the juicy information sink in sometimes. Our brains becomes a little bit overwhelmed, as I mention here. A little bit of trashy/off-topic/just-for-the-hell-of-it reading can do the world of good!)

So here are some books to help with CFS and chronic illness- I wish someone could have pointed some of these in my direction all those years ago!

  1. Hello Katie, we must have a similar library because most of these books you recommend are also on my bookshelf. Having a burnout at 45 is what started my personal journey.

    • How funny! (Great minds think alike!) Hope you’re feeling a bit better now my love- xx

      • Thank you Katie I am a lot better now because of the lessons I learned. It took me nearly 6 years to realize that my life (and health) was too important to continue staying in a marriage where it didn’t matter.
I took back my power and took back my life and am moving forward for me. So excited about my future.
