Mind Detox Method
I understand that although Mind Detox Method (MDM) has been linked with people experiencing physical healings, no claims are made that MDM can heal. Instead, MDM is a way of helping people to reduce emotional stress by discovering and resolving significant emotional life events. MDM is a stress reducing technique focused on helping people to think about problematic events in their life from a more positive perspective.
